1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 285bet ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by 285bet, you expressly and explicitly agree to comply with all provisions contained in this document.

2. Membership Eligibility

To qualify as a 285bet member, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your membership:

• Aged at least 18 years old at the time of registration. 285bet enforces strict age verification, and any account found to belong to an underage individual will be closed immediately.
• Are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• Do not reside in any territory that explicitly restricts or prohibits online gambling activity under applicable local law.

5. Withdrawal of Funds

285bet's maximum liability to any member under any circumstance is limited to the amount deposited by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.
